Pick-Up Service

The tour program you can book is included with pick-up service from your hotel to tourist attractions that is many areas within the central city of Chiang Mai. If your hotel is out of service area, you have to wait at the arranged meeting point. In case we have to pick you up in other areas, may have additional charge.
 

Price of Tour Program

The price listed of each tour programs on SEVENDAY ASIA website are quoted per-person, unless otherwise will be specified.Prices are quoted based on the local tariff and listed in Thai baht (THB.)

The price of tour program which is shown to inform you is net price which already included pick-up service and tourist attraction fee note : except some optional as mention in the tour program. You are no need to pay more unless you buy products, foods, drinks, souvenirs or other expenditures excluded with tour lists that you have to pay by yourself.

We Sevenday Asia would like to reserve the right to change the price following marketing mechanisms and the price that our facilitators sent to us by informing you in advance before changing any price. If you have booked any tour program, before changing price of tour program you have booked, We would like to reserve the right for not charging additional expense from you in case the price is increased or not refund you in case the price is decreased.
 

Deposit

All booking required 20% deposit to reserved and confirm the booking. Please note for the balance payment we will require payment in cash on arrival or the tour date. The deposit is used to compensate our team in case of any cancellation.
 

Cancellations by customer :

All cancellations must be in writing and be made by the person who submitted the booking form.

In case of any cancellation, the deposit will be fully refunded if the cancellation is made at least 1 week before the travelling date.

Note : Except peak season ,long weekend,festival or national holiday in Thailand ,please check the exactly date with us again.
 

Cancellations by company :

In case of any cancellation made by company, deposit will be fully refunded and you will be notified by e-mail.
 

Passport & Visas

Customer are responsible to ensure that you have the correct visa and passport validity to enter the country you flying or crossing to and having all travel documents when make the booking.
 

Insurances

During the travel with our company, we do apply travel accident insurances for all members of the tour. Having travel accident insurances is a legal requirement for a tour operator to organize tours in Thailand which we comply with those requirements.
 

Complaint

If the tour participant has any complaint in respect of services of any independent contractor, customer shall immediately notify the same in writing to the independent contractor and hand over copy thereof to the Tour Manager in order to enable the Company to take up the matter with the independent contractor. Any claim or complaint by the tour participant must be notified to the Company in writing within 10 days of the end of the Tour. No complaint or claim notified after this period will be entertained and the Company shall not incur any liability in respect thereof.
 

Tipping to tour guide and driver

There is no compulsory for Tipping tour and driver Because SEVENDAY ASIA ready pay for staff fee. But if tour guide and driver did Excellent job performance or treated you very well. You may feel free to tipping them any amount that you are comfortable.
 

Modification of TERMS and CONDITIONS

We may change these terms and conditions at any time without advance notice. Changed terms will become effective once posted on the Website, and will not have any retrospective effect on existing contractual arrangements made through this Website. Your continued use of this Website after any change means you have accepted the changed terms and conditions.
