Tour information

Daily: 07.00-21.00 hrs.

Full day visit which included Chiang Rai and Golden Triangle (from the hotel in Chiang Mai) This tour will take you to the city of Chiang Rai, the elder sister of Chiang Mai, founded in 1262 by King Mengrai. The program will begin to Chiang Rai , Mae Ka Chan Hot Spring and visit the beautiful White Temple, also known as Wat Rongkhun, built by Mr. Chalermchai, the famous Buddhist artist. Visit Mae Sai, trading border. Lunch at restaurant. Then they lead the Golden Triangle area, visiting Sop Ruak, where the river Ruak joins the mighty Mekong and where converge the borders of Myanmar, Thailand and Laos. This is the apex of the Thai portion of the notorious Golden Triangle, but today this part of the border is less wild. then transfer back to Chiang Mai.

*Boat trip at Khong river is optional depend on a water level.

07.00 Pick up from your hotel inside city 
- Transfer to Chiangrai province 
- Stop at Mae Ka Chan hot spring on the way 
- White temple "Wat Rongkhun"
- Lunch at local restaurant 
- Maesai Market (Thai & Myanmar border)
- Golden Triangle 
- Transfer back to Chiangmai and send to hotel
